It is your commercial responsibility to ensure your uploaded gang sheets are correct in terms of quality, background transparency, and dimensions—we print exactly what you send.
Our Midday Production Cutoff & Same-Day Shipping Schedule
We operate on a strict daily timeline. Review the weekly dispatch matrix below to plan your DTF order fulfillments:
- Monday Orders: Submitted before 12:00 PM Midday – Printed and shipped the same day.
Orders submitted after 12:00 PM are printed and shipped the next working day (Tuesday). - Tuesday Orders: Submitted before 12:00 PM Midday – Printed and shipped the same day.
Orders submitted after 12:00 PM are printed and shipped the next working day (Wednesday). - Wednesday Orders: Submitted before 12:00 PM Midday – Printed and shipped the same day.
Orders submitted after 12:00 PM are printed and shipped the next working day (Thursday). - Thursday Orders: Submitted before 12:00 PM Midday – Printed and shipped the same day.
Orders submitted after 12:00 PM are printed and shipped the next working day (Friday). - Friday Orders: Submitted before 12:00 PM Midday – Printed and shipped the same day.
Orders submitted after 12:00 PM are processed, printed, and shipped on the next working day (Monday). - Weekend Orders (Saturday & Sunday): All orders submitted over the weekend are batched, printed, and shipped on Monday.
Bank Holidays & Seasonal Schedule Adjustments
We do not print, cure, or ship DTF transfer orders on official UK Bank Holidays. During these weeks, our entire production timetable moves forward by one working day accordingly.
While this strict timetable represents our standard production aim, unexpected technical variables can occasionally cause schedules to slip slightly. If you have a critical, time-sensitive "must-have by date", please contact our office directly before placing your order to confirm we can meet your required delivery date.

Once your custom gang sheets hit our shipping dock, your unique courier data tracks automatically to your customer profile:
- Log into your Beyond Colour Transfers trade account.
- Navigate to your order history and click the Invoice link relevant to your recent print job.
- Look at the top right corner of your invoice page to locate your official DPD Tracking Number.
- Copy and paste that specific code directly into the official DPD Tracking Portal https://track.dpd.co.uk for real-time transit updates and delivery hour time-slots.
Courier Transit Liabilities
Whilst we proudly guarantee same-day dispatch for all midday trade orders, exact final delivery times are completely dependent on the courier network. Unfortunate transit delays can occasionally occur within the courier partner infrastructure due to regional weather conditions, staffing or sorting hub volume. Because these anomalies are beyond our operational control, we cannot accept commercial liability for delayed orders while in transit.
