Resolution & Pixel Clarity
- 300 DPI Minimum: All raster graphics and PNG images must be exported at 300 DPI at the final print size. Lower resolutions (72 DPI or 150 DPI) will result in pixelated or blurry print edges.
Color Profiles & Matching
- CMYK Color Mode: Design and save your artwork using the CMYK color space. Files submitted in RGB will be converted automatically, which can cause shifts in color vibrancy and shade accuracy.
Background Transparency & Linework
- Transparent Backgrounds: Ensure your files contain no background fills, bounding boxes, or hidden white square layers unless they are meant to be printed.
- Minimum Line Weight: Hairlines and text strokes must be at least 1.5 points (0.5mm) thick to allow the white ink backing and adhesive powder to bond correctly to the film.
