Premium DTF Instant Hot Peel Film
Resolute's Premium DTF instant hot peel film can now be pressed at 145 degress for just 5 seconds on most fabrics. We are recommending a window of 5 to 7 seconds with a second press if required for 5 seconds depending on the fabric being used. You can still press for 12 seconds if you prefer, but for those quick jobs where the fabric can handle it , for example t-shirts, hoodies & polo shirts in cotton. poly/cotton and 100% polyester, a 5 seconds is all you need.

For best results press at 145 degress with medium pressure for 5 seconds and peel hot whilst still on the heat press. Once the heat press cycle is complete, the film can be peeled away in a single quick motion, minimising wait times, and maximising productivity. This film is also specially formulated to work optimally with DuPont P1600 DTF Inks.

If you are using Beyond Colour DTF Trade Printing for the first time, prints produced with this film may exhibit slight variations in colour and finish when compared to those created from other DTF Print Suppliers that do not use Resolute's Premium DTF instant hot peel film and DuPont P1600 DTF Inks. Testing is recommended to ensure you achieve the desired aesthetic for your project. The recommended pressing time and temperature settings are for cotton and polyester substrates at medium pressure. These settings may vary depending on your specific heat press model and the material you're printing on. Always do a test print first as not all heat presses are the same.
